Merica – Three market areas in a developed country, Merica1, Merica2 and Merica3

Fourth Area  – a market area in either the developed country or one of the developing countries listed below:

Merica4 – the developed country, currency is the dollar (cents)

Nystock – Eastern European country, currency is the denar (deni)

Pandau – Southeastern Asian country, currency is the rupee (sen)

Sereno – Latin American country, currency is the peso (centavos)

Note:  References in the manual to the developing country are made using N/P/S to stand for Nystock, Pandau or Sereno
