The rate of return on stockholders' initial investment will be computed at the end of each quarter and will be reported as Investor ROI in the Quarterly Industry Report. Investor ROI assumes a purchase of common stock at the end of Year 2, Quarter 4, and shows the time-adjusted return (stock price appreciation plus dividends) to the end of the quarter of the report.
