labor cost

Total labor cost per hour for straight-time production amounts to 100 times the basic cost level for model number 1 at the beginning of Year 3 for each production line ($288 or Lc 890 in N/P/S).  Labor costs are subject to inflation.  Two thirds of labor costs are paid during the current quarter and one third are paid during the following quarter.
