maintenance costs

Maintenance cost averages $25 per hour at the beginning of Year 3 for each production line that is operating, or $0.25 per unit.  Maintenance costs are subject to inflation.  Two thirds of the maintenance costs are paid during the current quarter and one third are paid the following quarter.
