Storage expenses consist of the costs to store goods in a plant warehouse (up to 300,000 units per quarter) plus the costs of storing goods in public warehouses. Public warehouses are used to store goods for all sales offices in areas that do not have plants and to store any units above 300,000 in areas that do have plants. Two thirds of storage expenses are paid during the current quarter and one third are paid the following quarter. |
